The first three steps following the landing page are aimed at creating a sense of customization for the user's business. The bar stepper helps users to understand the length of the process and provides the option to skip steps if they prefer a quicker experience. This design approach enhances the user's sense of control and ease during the LLC formation process.

The next three steps the upsell pages that presents the users with two options. One option is designed to be more appealing and attractive, featuring a bold color scheme and attractive visuals, while the other option is more basic in appearance and copy. The aim is to guide users towards the preferred selection while still allowing them to make their own choice based on their specific needs and preferences. This approach enhances the user's experience by providing them with options, while also allowing Tailor Brands to increase its ARPU.
